Add Your Villa
Why not add your Florida villa to our web site. All you have to do is register with your details and you will be given an account. You can then add your villas, upload photos of your Florida villa and let users check availability of your villa.
At the moment we are only adding Florida villas that have online calendars or are prepared to use an online calendar from Renters.org. If you do not have an online calendar don’t worry, these are free of charge and when you start to upload your Florida villa we have supplied details where to get your free calendar from.
We do not charge to add your villa however we require a payment of £21 per week for any bookings that come from our site. For part weeks booked simple divide the weekly cost by seven and multiply by the number of days booked. This payment is due as soon as you receive the booking deposit. The payment is not refundable in the event of your guests cancelling their booking. We do follow up enquiries to confirm bookings. In the event we do not receive payment for a booking made through the site we will immediately remove the owner’s villa without further notice. Please note we no longer accept Dollar checks due to the continued fluctuation of the exchange rate.
For the benefit of our Florida villa owners we have added an online booking form for use in the event you do not have your own.
When you add a Florida villa, it will not be displayed until we have validated all the details, only then will it be displayed on the site. We will endeavour to validate your villa within 24 hours of being submitted.
Owners who add their Florida villas are deemed to have read and agreed the terms and conditions of Concept Villas.
