Our large 30ft x 14ft west-facing fully screened private swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa allows sun worshippers the luxury of being bathed in sunlight from morning to dusk. The villa is not overlooked as it backs onto a conservation area.Pool/spa heat is gas powered.
The villa, designated non-smoking as all rooms have smoke detectors, has all safety features included.

General Description. Fully air conditioned with free use of security safe. 2 of the bedrooms (including 1 en-suite) are on the ground floor making it suitable for guests who have difficulty with stairs.
Bedrooms.
King Master Bedroom (ground floor) allowing view of pool area, includes King sized bed with 2 nightstands, chest of drawers, recliner chair, clock/radio alarm, TV and bedside cordless telephone. This bedroom has ensuite facilities comprising corner bath, separate walk-in shower cubicle, WC, washbasin and separate large walk-in closet.
Queen Master Bedroom (upstairs) is also ensuite and includes Queen sized bed with 2 nightstands, chest of drawers, closet, clock/radio alarm and TV. The bathroom includes bath/shower, washbasin and WC.
Full Bedroom (ground floor) includes Full sized double bed, 2 nightstands, chest of drawers, closet, TV and clock/radio alarm.
Twin Bedroom (upstairs) comprises twin single beds, nightstand, chest of drawers, closet, TV and clock/radio alarm.
Childrens Bedroom (upstairs) includes bunk bed with double sized lower bunk and single sized upper bunk, chest of drawers, closet, TV and clock/radio alarm.
Other Facilities.
Family Bathroom (upstairs) has bath/shower, WC and washbasin.
Powder Room (downstairs) is adjacent to the games room and has shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
Living Room is a large open plan area with vaulted ceiling and includes 3 luxurious leather sofas seating 7, Occasional furniture, 47” widescreen cable TV, DVD/video player and HiFi system for your entertainment.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, Built-in microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, waste disposal, full set of crockery and utensils. The cordless telephone here includes free local calls.
Dining Area has an 8 seat formal dining table.
Breakfast Nook has a 4 seat informal dining table and is adjacent to the patio with views over the pool and lanai area.
Laundry Room comprises commercial quality separate washer and drier. The iron and ironing board is stored here.
Games Room is fully carpeted and includes an 8ft slate bed pool table complete with pool and snooker balls, foosball table, dartboard, TV and DVD/CD player. This room also has a 7 seat corner sofa for maximum comfort. 2 full sets of golf clubs are provided for your complimentary use during your stay, should you wish to take advantage of the many local golf courses.
Pool area has a large fully screened decking area surrounding the 30ft x 14ft pool. The pool has the added attraction of a Jacuzzi spa and both these can be heated on request (advisable between October and March). Also provided is a wide range of pool furniture including sun loungers, chairs and tables to make maximum use of the west facing aspect ensuring continuous sunshine from morning till the often spectacular sunset. The pool area overlooks a conservation area.
