The villa is owned privately owned and built to the highest quality.
The villa is situated in Clermont, on the Sunrise Lakes development, just off highway 27, only 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 8 miles from Disney.
Wal-mart is situated just 1mile from our villa. Wal-Greens pharmacy and other shops for all your needs are just around the corner

A booking fee of 20% is nessasary when booking, then full payment must be made 40 days prior to travel
Security deposit of $500 - refundable on report from management company confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear) payable on arrival

Including cookware, cutlery, glasses, and plates/cups/mugs, a full size electric cooker, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, sink waste-disposal, George forman grill, and a huge 19cu.ft. fridge-freezer with ice maker/dispenser.
An array of electrical accessories such as electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, can-opener etc.. make this kitchen wholly user friendly.

Pool - A fully screened, heated 29"x15" swimming pool, with spa, and therapy jet. There are no property behind the swimming pool so it is totally private. The pool area has been built to the owners own specification with underwater colour changing light. Pool safety fence. The patio area has table and 4 chairs together with 2 loungers.
Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, hoover, ironing board and iron.
There is cable television to all tv"s, and telephone installed which is available to guests without charge for all calls

There is no refund of deposit on any cancellation.
For cancellations between 41-31 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 60% of the outstanding balance. For cancellation less than 31 days prior to arrival full payment is required.
Travel insurance is advised.
