Our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with solar heated screened pool and extended deck, is situated in Davenport Lakes, a rural area south of Orlando. It has quick and easy access to Disney, Sea World and other attractions, The Gulf Coast, Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic Coast, and is close to a large selection of excellent restaurants outlet malls and a Walmart Supercentre 2 miles away.
The villa is surrounded by some of the best golf courses in the Orlando area including Champion’s Gate, Orange County National, Highlands Reserve and The Legends, all within a few minutes drive.
Our spacious villa offers beautifully furnished and air conditioned accommodation, and all rooms are equipped to a very high standard. Also provided is a cot a high chair and a security safe and three sets of golf clubs all at no extra charge.
Close by is a Community Pool, Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court and Playground ideal for the children if you are looking for a quiet day and a rest from the Theme Parks.
Priced from £375.00 per week, there are no extra charges except for electric pool heating in winter if required.

A further three bedrooms made up of 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms all with built in wardrobes. Both twin bedded rooms have been Disney themed, one as Animal Kingdom and the other as Mickey & Minnie Mouse.

Large beautifully furnished Lounge/Dining Room with vaulted ceilings.
Family Room with Cable TV, VHS and CD Player Radio and DVD Player. The patio doors lead to the screened solar heated pool with extended deck and patio dining furniture, sun loungers and Adirondack chairs.
A dream kitchen with large cooker, dishwasher, built in microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and a waste disposal unit. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. There is a Breakfast Nook off the kitchen with table and chairs and a cushioned window seat. Telephone for use with a pre paid telephone card. Internet access using your own equipment.
Utility Room with washer, dryer and full ironing facilities.
The screened, solar heated swimming pool and deck are well equipped with tables, chairs, adirondake chairs and sun loungers. Recently added was a shaded area made from sails which is extremely attractive and can be seen in the pool photograph.

All bedding (two sets per bed) towels, facecloths and tea towels are provided.
An excellent selection of Golf Courses nearby to suit all levels of play.
