Welcome to Indian point Villa our home in the Florida sun, located in a quiet community called Indian Pointe in Kissimmee

Our Home is situated in the County of Oceola in Florida , near to the City of Kissimmee , the area is mainly to Holiday and residential homes all located near to the hwy 192 , where there is a wonderful selection of restaurants , bars, cafes and shopping for all walks of life , there is also helicopter rides and Air boat rides a Air craft museum in old town Kissimmee and near to hand only a short drive there is the Walt Disney Magic Kingdom , Epcot, MgM studios and Universal studios we are also close to all other theme parks

Our Home hosts 4 Bedrooms and two bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned Villa, in the Living/dining area it is furnished to luxury standards in the Floridian Style is spacious and comfortable with the luxury of Cable TV over 200 channels to view with a HI-FI system, DVD Player and free wireless internet In the dining area we have a large luxury Glass Dining table with 6 matching chairs and furnishings.
The Kitchen has a nook with glass table and 4 matching chairs and tiled floor , it is fully equipped with fridge freezer waste disposal unit , micro wave oven and toaster , all essential crockery is supplied and utensils with kettle , food blenders and coffee maker , also a main oven with overhead extraction and wall mounted Telephone with free international calls .
In the utility room we have for your use a washing machine and tumble dryer with iron and ironing board.
Our garage has been changed into a games room for your further enjoyment hosting an Air - Hockey table and American Pool table and tennis rackets.
In our master bedroom we have a queen size bed with matching furnishings to luxury standards with added pleasure of cable TV and a telephone, in the en-suite there is twin basins with a large corner bath and walk-in shower plus wc there is also a walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom two has a luxury double bed with matching furnishings and cable TV with DVD player and walk-in wardrobe this room over looks our superb pool area.
Our third bedroom consists of matching twin beds and furnishings also with walk-in wardrobe.
The fourth bedroom has a single/ double bunk bed ideal for the children with matching furnishings and cable TV and walk-in wardrobe.
The pool and Patio area has a large pool which can be heated all year round with children’s paddle pool attached we also have for your relaxation a Hot-Tub/spa. The area is private and fully screened with an array of chairs tables and sun loungers . ALL DOORS LEADING TO THE POOL AREA ARE ALARMED FOR YOUR SAFETY.
To the front of our Home we have our own private drive for parking.
