A brand-new 4-bedroom Florida vacation rental home in a tranquil setting on one of the newest, up market-gated communities. Our vacation rental home is only 15 minutes from Disney and the rest of the theme parks that Orlando has to offer and comfortably accommodates eight people.
This is a private villa with screened pool and Jacuzzi, situated in the lovely conservation community of Marbella at Davenport, set amidst orange groves. It is in a peaceful location, yet has the advantage of being located just off US Highway 27, and so is close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park. Disney is only a 15-minute drive away. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.

The villa is very spacious, and is furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning throughout. Ceiling fans fitted to the sitting room and master bedrooms. In addition, to keep the children entertained there is a selection of toys and games, a TV and DVD player in all bedrooms, a play station II with games and DVD films, there is also an executive games room with three gaming tables. A travel cot and high chair for the infants is also provided. All crockery, cutlery, towels, linen and hair dryers are provided and included in the rental price there is a full villa clean after every client, carried out by our management company. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer.
Dining Room.
This very spacious room with Luxurious table and chairs accommodating up to six people, is a quiet seating area with
occasional tables and lamps.

DVD and films and a five disc stereo.
Pool Area:
The swimming pool and Jacuzzi is covered by a fully enclosed screen and can be accessed from the Lounge, master bedroom and the shower room, and is complete with patio furniture and sun lounges.
The pool area has the benefit of sunshine from early morning until late afternoon. Pool heating is optional.
A pool safety screen is provided for families with young
children. There is also a shower room leading from the pool
area. In addition, a lanai for those who wish to sit in the shade.
