The pool and deck area are fully screened, have the enviable position of facing onto conservation woodland and are not overlooked offering total privacy. The villa in Orlando also features a fully equipped games room providing a sanctuary if the Florida weather is not in the 80"s. LCD TV’s throughout further ensures that everyone can get away and have their own privacy. Baby/toddler equipment are provided in the villa, a gas BBQ is available from management company, wireless DSL throughout and FREE telephone calls also help to ensure all your needs are catered for.

Master Bedroom 1
This bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, dresser with mirror over and walk in wardrobes. A 26” LCD TV is also provided. The large en-suite features his and hers sinks, mirror, toilet, large walk in shower and hairdryer. You can also access the pool area directly from here enabling you to walk directly into a shower from the pool.
Master Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom offers a Queen size bed, bedside cabinets, dresser with mirror over, walk in wardrobe and 26” LCD TV. The en-suite has a bath with shower over, toilet, and mirror.
Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4
These two rooms both have twin single beds, both have walk in wardrobes and 19” LCD TV’s and are serviced by a further bathroom central to both rooms. The bathroom features a bath with shower over, toilet and built in sink.
Family Room
This spacious living area has comfortable chairs, a sofa and the added benefit of a ceiling fan offering a cool place to relax, there is a 42" cable TV, DVD player, plus a PS2 games console with variety of games helping to keep those active minded individuals entertained.
Kitchen & Dinning Area
The open plan kitchen and dining area allow a relaxed approach to food preparation and dining. The fully equipped kitchen provides all mod cons, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, full size American style Fridge Freezer with chilled water and ice maker ideal for those cocktail evenings!

This room is equipped with air hockey, dart board, pool table & table football enables the big kids amongst us to unwind away from the sun.

The screened 23"x 12" heated pool faces towards the peaceful conservation woodland area, and has the enviable position of not being overlooked by any neighbours, ensuring your stay is private. A child safety screen is provided to ensure peace of mind and the well being of your kids. The covered porch has a large dinning table/chairs, sun loungers, ceiling fan and affords shelter from the Florida sun it also provides a relaxing area to eat outside and have those lazy BBQ"s.

The Prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Club is situated just 10 minutes from Disney in Davenport off Highway 27. It’s Central Orlando location provides an ideal base to be able to explore the rest of Florida as well as offering a tranquil and luxurious atmosphere to unwind after the busy days visiting the theme parks, beaches or other attractions Florida has to offer.
The 18 Hole, Par 72 golf course sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. Highlands Reserve Golf Club is a Central Florida favourite!
The villas on the reserve are mainly positioned around the outside of the course and provide a peaceful and safe community, there is a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts and a children’s play area, shops and other amenities are also within a 5 minute drive.
