Our Villa is situated on the much sought after community of Chatham Park. Chatham Park also has a childrens play park, basketball courts and a tennis court. There is also a communual pool as well as a large lake where you can feed the ducks and watch the turtles basking in the sun.
We are only 10 -15 minutes drive from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World and only minutes away from the 192 which is packed with restaurants, flea markets, crazy golf and shopping plazas.
Our villa is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our Kitchen has everything you would find in a kitchen down to cutlery and crockery.
Our lounge has 2 very comfortable sofas, an AV system with surround sound and a TV with cable TV. DVD"s and CD"s are also there for your use. There are also board games for all age groups.
Our dining area comfortably seats 6 people.
Our master bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables, a large dresser with mirror and a large walk-in closet.
There is also an en-suite bathroom with a roman bath tub with over head shower and glass sliding doors, a toilet and vanity unit with large well lit mirror.
Our second bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables, large dresser with mirror and walk-in closet.
Our third bedroom has a full size bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and single on the top) and a single bed. There is also a small dresser and mid size closet.
Our Second bathroom has a bath with over head shower and glass sliding doors, toilet and vanity unit with large, well lit mirror.
The garage house the washer and dryer, iron and ironing board along with a high chair, stroller and car seat should you need them.
We also have two games tables in here, Air-Hockey and Foosball (Football) and an electronic darts board for your use.
